Take your days back by implementing systems + routines

Whichever one best describes a thought you regularly have, the good news is, you are not alone. Those statements all come from being overwhelmed by life and it’s something that most moms struggle with, to some degree.

Overwhelmed is defined as “buried or drowned beneath a huge mass.” Maybe you don’t even realize you were overwhelmed until reading that definition and that’s okay! That is definitely how I was during the first few years of motherhood.

You don’t always have to be late.
You don’t always have to feel like you’re behind.
You don’t always have to be buried by a laundry mountain.

You can be in control of your days by changing your mindset.
You can catch up on your household chores by implementing systems.
You can be early for events by creating daily routines.

If you are ready to…

Have free time to spend with your kids
Not be constantly cleaning
Get your priorities back in line
Be reliable again
un-overwhelmed’s time to take action and create and implement systems and routines that work for your family.

To walk you through the steps, I have created videos for the OBSERVE and CREATE steps and a workbook that walks you through all the steps and gives you space to observe, create, and take notes as you implement.

AND there is a private Facebook group just for members of Un-Overwhelmed Mama. Inside the group, you will find a community of loving mamas who are walking through the same struggles as you. There is space to ask questions, share answers to workbook questions, and I will be hopping in about once a week to do a Live video to answer your questions LIVE.

“With writing out an actual meal plan for the week (assigning a certain meal for a specific day for dinner), I was able to prepare a better shopping list and in the mornings, I could look at my weekly calendar and know what I was prepping for dinner. The big thing is sticking with the meal plan!! That was a huge help.”
-- Amanda H., mom of two in Pennsylvania

“I have never been a person who is overly organized so this was very helpful in getting me to start thinking how to do organization in my life. I really enjoyed being able to look at the examples of how others did it.”
